Introduction
Welcome to my website! I’m Marsha Roscher, a digital artist and aspiring game designer. My work focuses on unique character designs, immersive stories and engaging interactive experiences. At the moment, I am a college student at FH OÖ Hagenberg, majoring in Digital Arts.
Background
I have been drawing for as long as I remember, I’d borrow my mom’s comics and try to redraw scenes while writing my own stories. In middle school, I discovered a dress up game which I used to create characters and started to publish story videos with those. I started experimenting with story telling, animation and illustration in my free time. At the same time, I joined the “Vintage Computing Carinthia”, a local retro computer club, where I’d participate in projects until I became one of the central roles, especially during Game Jams.
In high school, I had the opportunity to learn about art with more traditional mediums in the art workshop elective.
After graduation, I took a year to explore different colleges and courses, learning various skills in Game Design, programming and the fundamentals of design. At the end of the year, I applied for the Digital Arts Bachelor of FH OÖ Hagenberg that I am currently attending.
